Do you have a learning disability and need help from an occupational therapist?

What I Can Help With
Finding ways to do things for yourself
Learning daily skills like cooking, dressing, and using transport.
Understanding your sensory needs and getting the right support.
Finding the right equipment to help you stay safe and comfortable.

You Need to Understand and Decide
To self-refer, you need to be able to make a choice.
This is called having capacity.
You can think about the good and bad things (pros and cons).
You can decide if my support is right for you.
You can tell someone your decision.
If you're not sure, someone who helps you can contact me instead.

NHS Help
Some occupational therapists work for the NHS.
They help people with learning disabilities.
This help is free.
If NHS support is best for you, I can help you find the right service.

My Help Costs Money
My services are not free.
You or your support person will need to pay for sessions.
I will tell you the cost before we start.
